GAME FORMAT

1v1 basketball is played on a half court.

Each game is 3 minutes with a running clock.

Each possession has an 8-second shot clock.

The clock stops for timeouts and extended stoppages.

Players check the ball at the top of the key to begin each possession.

Possession changes after every made or missed shot.

Make-it-take-it is not used.
